What is the typical shipping timeframe for ZLINE appliances?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Large appliances, such as ranges and range hoods, are shipped via LTL freight and typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Do ZLINE products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all ZLINE products purchased through authorized dealers include a manufacturer warranty. Most ranges include a 1-year parts and service warranty, while range hood motors often feature a limited lifetime warranty.
What is your return policy for kitchen appliances?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, uninstalled condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for non-defective items.
How do I track my freight shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the name of the freight carrier. For large items, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
Are ZLINE ranges compatible with both Natural Gas and Propane?
Most ZLINE ranges come set for Natural Gas but include a Liquid Propane (LP) conversion kit in the box. We recommend that a licensed professional performs the conversion during installation.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
It is critical to inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, please note it on the BOL (Bill of Lading) and contact our support team within 24 hours to file a claim.
