Carefully repackage your ZLINE product in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective styrofoam are included to prevent damage during transit.

Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the package and coordinate with the designated freight carrier or parcel service for a secure collection.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
